Why did I wait so long?!?!?!

I cant believe the difference. As most WCI/Lennar homes the grout is not sealed. This means its very easy to stain and very hard to clean. Plus the grout can come up fairly easy. They came out and cleaned, repaired, and sealed my grout. Its perfect. Five year warranty. I should have done it sooner
