8 months only cleaned filter twice
Pool guys who don’t care! Used in vista before we moved to wildblue blvd. Were good to start and then turned into never cleaning filter, never vacuum pool, test water gone 5 min, track dirt all over lanai Absolutely unacceptable. Mike has such an attitude and cannot talk to him at all Gave them 2 months to correct and basically got worse. They have been selling off accounts they have and knowingly doing a bad job BEWARE
Unfortunately they just couldn’t get the water chemistry right
While it seemed like a good start it, pool looked somewhat clean, and it never turned green over the summer there was some underlying issues. High PH. This caused staining around the water bowls and even some calcium deposits around the pool. Plus when I checked the pool filter it didn’t look to have been cleaned since the last time I did it almost 8 months ago.
While Mike and his wife are super nice they seem to be very busy and cant spend the needed time to get these things right for my pool. At times only spending 5 minutes on a visit. While testing my neighbors pool water I also found he had high PH and also found calcium deposits on his hot tub.
Again they do keep the pool from going green. But not balancing the pool water will cause damage to pool equipment and difficult scrubbing of tile to remove calcium stains.
Ohhh and to top it off they decided not to complete the last cleaning I paid for.
