the tech that serviced our pool was 5 star 4 months ago we were told that we needed a new pump We bought the INSTALLED pump from them and it was much higher than others but they were our pool company after installation we started to have problems and I installed a new panel Healthy pools said that I must od installed the panel wrong they came and reset the panel and all was good for a week or so and then problems again we apid to have the panel reset and we asked them to come backout 3 excuses and the last response was we don’t know when we can come out they recommended I seek Someone else to fix MY PROBLEM I did call someone else and they fixed everything in a few minutes a wire was not installed correctly and the vibration from the NEW PUMP caused the wire to keep shorting out the electronics the NEW pump was not fastened to the slab in either hole Healthy Pools wished me good luck with our new pool company thats right,, they ran from the problem and I asked for a credit on the repair only and they said ” Happy New Year ”
The manager told me that they were having staffing problems YA THINK !!! The repairman that said I needed a new pump is gone,,,he is also the repair person,, and gone.

Didn’t have them long enough to really know their service
I used Smart Pools on our first 30 days after closing. They and Smart Pools seem to both come to the house so my pool was really clean. I met the manager of Healthy Pools and he was a very nice guy and he mentioned that they are trying to hire someone to take care of pools in WildBlue. I did meet the new employee by the 30th day but I decided to go with Smart Pools as I did get information from them a lot faster and I never received a call by back from Healthy Pools.
