Frustrating Delays and Poor Communication, Switched to a New Company

We had a terrible experience with Conditioned Air while our system was still under warranty. They failed to communicate properly, making us wait over 3 weeks for a part they claimed to have ordered, only to find out they didn’t order it for another week and a half. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong part, and they had to reorder. We eventually switched to a new company, who found missing parts in our AC unit. We’ve been much happier with the new service provider.

Poor Service and Delays During Holiday HVAC Repair

During Christmas 2022, we had a frustrating experience with Conditioned Air. They failed to install the heaters in our HVAC system and didn’t have the parts when needed, leaving us waiting during the coldest days of the season. When they finally came, one part was correct, but the other was wrong. The service was unacceptable, especially in such critical weather.

Disappointed with Recent Service Delay and Overcharged Labor Fees

We had been satisfied with Conditioned Air for 4 years, but our latest experience was frustrating. Our AC blower motor failed during the hottest week in July. They quickly diagnosed the issue, but delays in scheduling, bringing the wrong part, and excessive labor charges ($579 reduced to $350) left us disappointed. It only took an hour to install, but they charged for unnecessary time like ordering and pickup. We’ll reconsider before renewing our service.
